On the Personal side…
I have lived in the Conejo Valley for the past 13 years. My wife is
a school teacher in the Conejo Valley and my children attend School in Thousand
Oaks. I have been actively involved in our local community for many years:

Before opening my insurance Agency, I was the General Manager of Faith Plating Company. Previously, I was the Company’s Director of Human Resources. Under my leadership, Faith Plating became the world’s largest plater of remanufactured chrome bumpers. Faith Plating grew from 40 to 115 employees and has the reputation in the industry for the highest level of quality and service.
One day, my insurance agent informed me that our Workers Compensation was going to TRIPLE. That meant that our Workers Compensation was going to increase by nearly $200,000. As you know, that difference comes directly off the bottom line!
I took it upon myself to investigate the situation and I discovered that our agent was not providing us with all the discounts that we were entitled. Furthermore, he had not aggressively pursued closing open claims.
It was at that point I realized that I wanted to
open my own insurance agency.

Needless to say, Faith Plating no longer has the same insurance
agent. We were able to lower Faith’s Experience Modification by .45 and applied
discounts that totaled more than 35 percent.
